Blackened Tilapia
Ingredients
- 4 parts brown sugar
- 4 parts cumin
- 2 parts salt
- 2 parts paprika
- 2 parts oregano
- 1 part red pepper
- 1 part garlic powder
- Tilapia filets
- Olive oil
Directions
Mix spices together. Pat tilapia filets dry and rub with spice mixture. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the tilaia and cook until flaky and crust is golden.
