Baked Greek Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
I pretty much just eyeball all the ingredients. Adjust the ratio of dry ingredients as you like.
Usually served with flatbread, hummus, tzatziki, tomatoes, and arugula.
- Chicken thighs
- Olive oil
- Lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Oregano
- Garlic Powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Coat bottom of baking dish with olive oil.
- Pat thawed chicken thighs dry w/ paper towel.
- Mix dry ingredients and rub on chicken thighs (both sides).
- Place seasoned thighs in baking dish. Squeeze lemon over thighs.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Finish with broiler for about 5 minutes
