Baked Greek Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

I pretty much just eyeball all the ingredients. Adjust the ratio of dry ingredients as you like.

Usually served with flatbread, hummus, tzatziki, tomatoes, and arugula.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Coat bottom of baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Pat thawed chicken thighs dry w/ paper towel.
  4. Mix dry ingredients and rub on chicken thighs (both sides).
  5. Place seasoned thighs in baking dish. Squeeze lemon over thighs.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes.
  7. Finish with broiler for about 5 minutes
